DANIEL MADIGAN

Dan Madigan is a Canadian real estate entrepreneur and the founder of Madigan Properties, a privately held real estate investment company focused on acquiring and improving multifamily housing across Ontario.

Dan began investing in real estate in 2016, starting with a small triplex and using a disciplined value-add strategy to gradually build a diversified portfolio of residential properties. Through renovations, operational improvements, and long-term management, Dan has focused on increasing the quality and sustainability of older housing stock while growing property value over time.

Madigan Properties specializes in identifying underperforming residential buildings that require capital investment and modernization.
